This study aims to examine the effect of apparatus commitment on relationship budget participation and internal control with performance government in Aceh. The population this research were all Head Institution, Program Sub-division, Financial Administration Officer Aceh Work Unit which sampling technique uses non probability census method. data source primary that is acquisition questionnaires from respondents.
